  • Purchasing all bar supplies
  • Ordering the linen from the rental company
  • Ordering all items necessary for your event from the rental company
  • Get costing for flowers and organize for delivery the day of the wedding
  • Get the liquor licence for your wedding
  • Purchase the necessary insurance for the wedding
  • Arrange transportation for guests as well as the wedding party
  • Print invitation labels, do seating plan from specialized computer program
  • Put together a budget which will help you to monitor your spending
  • Meet with the bride and groom as often as necessary
  • The day before the wedding arrange and set tables
  • Ensure that the hall is decorated to your specifications
  • On the wedding day if the ceremony is outside we supervise the chair set up and take down.
  • On the wedding day we ensure that hall is ready for guest by lighting candles turning on decorative lights etc.
  • We ensure payment is made the day of the wedding for the caterer, DJ etc.
  • We put together a timeline for the wedding party which will ensure that all of the attendants have the correct times and locations.
  • Prior to dinner we cork the wine and put it on the tables
  • During the reception we continuously clear the tables of empty glasses etc.
  • We coordinate the late lunch
  • When the reception is over we clean up and manage the rentals for pickup
  • We close the bar; take out all of the remaining alcohol and empties
  • We return the unopened alcohol and beer for a refund
  • We return all empty bottles for refund

These are many but not all of the tasks we perform for the bride and groom to make their day stress free. Each bride and groom has different expectations and needs and we do our best to facilitate those needs.

When we meet for the initial meeting and I know what your needs are I will put together a quote for you.

When you hire us you are also eligible for any and all discounts that we acquire from the rental companies, DJ, caterers etc. When we can negotiate a discount we pass it on to you.
